Spotnana Cloud for TMCs is "an entire suite [for TMCs] to service their
own customers," Spotnana founder and chief product officer Sarosh Waghmar
said. It includes access to Spotnana's growing global content, its online
booking tool and TMC management tools such as rate code management,
customisable emails and invoices, and configurable fees and payments.
The
offering also provides a platform for both agents and travellers with contact
centre capabilities, analytics on agent performance, and AI assistance, according
to Spotnana.
Spotnana is positioning Spotnana Cloud for TMCs as a cost-savings
opportunity, saying it can reduce their costs for servicing clients, managing
technology and training agents. Waghmar said it also provides simplified
deployment for TMC customers, only needing deployment once rather than separate
deployments for various regions.
"You have one instance of Spotnana for your entire servicing team and
for all the functionality you need inside of a TMC, plus you have one instance
you can deploy with thousands of customers," said Waghmar. "You don't
need to deploy Sptonana again and again."
The Spotnana platform also can integrate with TMCs' preferred technology
partners via its open APIs, according to the company.
Spotnana is already providing its platform to several TMCs of varying sizes,
including CWT, which?began
offering its tech stack?as an option for customers in 2023; Direct
Travel, which?was
acquired by the investment group,?led by Steve Singh, behind Spotnana;
and?JTB
Business Travel.?Solutions
Travel also launched?as the first TMC built on the Spotnana platform
in 2023.
Waghmar said other small TMCs that have not been
publicly named are using the Spotnana platform, and he expects more TMC users
will be named in advance of the Global Business Travel Association's annual
convention in July. "Midmarket TMCs that are trying to expand and have a
global footprint" will be a target for the new Spotana Cloud for TMCs
offering, Waghmar said. "Those are the ideal ones for us."
