Reed & Mackay has rebranded its Spanish subsidiary Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants under the Reed & Mackay name.

London-based Reed & Mackay, which is owned by Navan,?acquired Atlanta in November 2022 as part of an expansion plan around Europe.

In November 2023, Reed & Mackay launched in the Nordics market after rebranding Swedish travel management company Resia, which had been acquired in March 2022.

Following the rebrand, Reed & Mackay will have office locations in the major Spanish business hubs of Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. The company added that the move would strengthen the TMC¡¯s ¡°expertise in the pharmaceutical sector¡±.

Navan Group, incorporating Reed & Mackay, was last year ranked as the fourth largest TMC in Europe in the list of the continent¡¯s leading TMCs.
