The new platform, known as TIM (Trends, Insights and Metrics), comes after the TMC integrated AI into its analytics platform in November 2024 to improve its reporting and data capabilities.
※With TIM, CWT is now advancing that functionality further 每 from single-question interactions to dynamic, dialogue-based analysis that mirrors a real conversation,§ the TMC explained.
Erica Antony, chief product officer at CWT, added that TIM allowed users to ※explore complex insights in a more fluid, intuitive way, helping them uncover the &why* behind the numbers 每 and ultimately, better understand the return on investment of their travel spend§.
※It*s about equipping organisations with smarter, faster decision-making tools, without needing specialised analytics expertise or fluency in corporate travel terminology,§ she said.?
CWT added that TIM can be used by travel managers, as well as finance, sales, HR and security teams who can ※independently access, understand and act on travel data without requiring specialised analytical skills or familiarity with corporate travel terminology§.
TIM is now available as part of CWT*s Analytics reporting platform to all clients globally at no additional cost.
