The platform allows managers and event organisers to create events, invite guests and set parameters around travel for non-employees while tracking expenses, according to Amex GBT.
Travellers can create profiles and book their own travel through the Amex GBT business travel marketplace, receiving support from the TMC as well. Organisers also can set a pre-defined budget for travel expenses and issue a virtual card to travellers that can be used for booking travel.
Amex GBT¡¯s chief product and strategy officer Evan Konwiser added: "For many companies the guest travel and expense experience is complex and messy for the people that manage it and an overlooked opportunity to make a good first impression for the people using it.
