Advantage Travel Partnership has forged a new partnership with technology firm Vibe to provide the latter¡¯s online booking tool to members operating under its Advantage Managed Services (AMS) model.
The London-based TMC consortium, which is ranked as the?third largest consortium/TMC network in Europe,?said the move will empower agents with technology that is ¡°usually accessible only to the largest organisations¡±.

Stephen Baxendale, Advantage¡¯s technology partnerships manager said: ¡°This partnership with Vibe means offering a technology proposition that stands out in a highly competitive space and further demonstrates our commitment to providing our members with leading technology solutions which allow them to compete.
"This is just the start of our journey with Vibe, and we look forward to working with them closely in the future,¡± he said.
Vibe's business development & head of partnerships, Danny Girling, added that the deal with Advantage is ¡°all about levelling the playing field and empowering these TMCs to compete on equal terms¡±.
The consortium¡¯s ASM model was introduced in 2009 as a ¡®plug and play¡¯ offering to help streamline TMC operational processes. It currently encompasses 87 branches that collectively generate an annual turnover of more than ?160m, according to Advantage.
