Dublin Airport is to benefit from major Middle Eastern carriers Emirates and Qatar Airways adding frequencies during the winter 2025-26 season.
Emirates will add a third daily flight between Dublin and Dubai from 26 October, using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft fitted with first (8 suites), business (42 seats) and economy class (304 seats) cabins.
The airline said the extra daily service would ¡°meet market demand and offer customers greater flexibility with a choice of morning, afternoon and evening flight departures¡±.
The additional service will also be timed to offer ¡°enhanced connectivity¡± on Emirates¡¯ flights from Dubai to destinations such as Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways will increase frequencies between Dublin and Doha from 14 to 17 weekly flights from 2 December.
¡°The new schedule introduces a morning arrival into Doha, enabling seamless onward connections to?Qatar?Airways¡¯ newly launched morning flights to Sydney and Melbourne, offering even greater convenience for business and leisure travellers,¡± added Qatar Airways in a statement.
