Rocco Forte Hotels is planning to expand its brand across Europe and the Middle East after announcing a new partnership with Italian real estate investment firm Emerald Pine Capital.

The London-based upmarket hotel company currently has 15 properties in its portfolio with its latest outpost, The Carlton Milan, due to open on 6 November when it will become Rocco Forte¡¯s second hotel in the Italian city.
The deal with Emerald Pine Capital will allow Rocco Forte to further expand into gateway cities and ¡°high demand¡± leisure destinations, according to a statement.
Charles Forte, director of development at Rocco Forte Hotels, added: "I am pleased to be able to announce our partnership with Emerald Pine Capital and I am confident that their years of experience and strong reputation within the financial world will further fortify our existing team and our expansionary efforts in Europe and beyond.¡±
Rocco Forte¡¯s properties include The Balmoral in Edinburgh, London¡¯s Brown's Hotel, The Charles Hotel, Munich, and Hotel de Rome in Berlin, as well as three hotels in Rome.
