NUMA Group is expanding in the UK with the addition of three new properties in London and Edinburgh under its Native Places extended stay brand.
Germany-based NUMA, which acquired Native Places last year, will open a new property in central London and two locations in the Scottish capital, with all three due to open in 2026.
The new London property will be located in?Margaret Street, near Oxford Street, and will feature 30 units based in a redeveloped former convent.
In Edinburgh, NUMA will add a 45-unit property in the Leith area of the city as well as a location in Thistle Street with 72 apartments.
Dimitri Chandogin, president of NUMA Group, said: ¡°NUMA is advancing a UK strategy focused on prime, culture-rich districts and a fully digital guest journey that today¡¯s travellers expect.¡±
Earlier this year, the group opened a property in Brighton. NUMA is also targeting further UK expansion into cities such as Manchester, Bristol, Belfast and Glasgow.
The company currently has properties in 15 countries and 37 cities across Europe, with a total of more than 9,000 units.
