Hyatt has acquired German hotel brand Me and All Hotels from Lindner Hotels as the US-based firm looks to build on its?¡°strong momentum¡± in Europe.

The deal comes after Hyatt and Linder created a strategic partnership two years ago, which has helped to increase Hyatt¡¯s presence in Germany and Europe more widely. Financial terms of the acquisition were not revealed.

Lindner launched Me and All Hotels as its ¡°urban lifestyle brand¡± in 2016 and it now includes six properties with more than 1,000 rooms in German cities.

The brand also has a pipeline of new properties including a hotel in Berlin due to open later this year, as well as locations in Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart, which are all expected to open in 2026. Me and All Hotels is also in ¡°various stages of negotiation¡± to develop properties outside Germany.

Felicity Black-Roberts, Hyatt¡¯s newly appointed SVP of development in the EAME region, said: ¡°The Lindner team has built an incredible brand with Me and All Hotels, and we believe the brand has great potential for expansion across Europe and other global markets.?

Me and All properties are currently featured under the JdV by Hyatt banner but will become a standalone brand within Hyatt¡¯s global lifestyle portfolio following the acquisition.

Arno Schwalie, CEO of Lindner Hotels, added that the deal would allow Me and All Hotels to ¡°shift into high-growth gear¡±.
